In-Kind Partnerships

Securing in-kind partnership is crucial for the University of Windsor’s Mars Rover Team as we gear up for the 2025 summer Canadian International Rover Challenge. Our Mars Rover, crafted from a diverse array of materials, including aluminum, carbon fiber, plastic, and steel, requires expertise in multiple manufacturing methods. In this pursuit, we are actively seeking assistance from in-kind sponsors who can contribute materials and manufacturing services to aid in the development of our Mars Rover. Your support in providing these essential resources will play a key role in ensuring our team’s success in the challenges. Join us on this exciting journey as we explore new frontiers in space exploration and become an integral part of our Mars Rover project through your valuable in-kind partnership.

How to Become a Sponsor

1. Donate Through University

Donate to the team through the University of Windsor.
Donation must be designated to “MAME Capstone Fundraising”.
In comments, please add “University of Windsor Rover Team” to direct the donation to our team.
A tax receipt for your donation will be issued automatically by the university.

2. Donate by Cheque

Mail a cheque payable to the University of Windsor Students’ Alliance at “401 Sunset Ave, Windsor, ON N9B 3P4”. Please note our team’s name (University of Windsor Rover Team) in the memo.
If you opt for a donation that requires a logo, please attach a JPEG/PNG or PDF image to the email.

3. In-Kind Donations of Material, Services and Equipment

Tax receipts are available for equipment or material donations over $4,500 in value. Please note that according to CRA regulations, gifts of time, labour, or services are not tax receiptable.
